Last Updated: July 25, 2026

Respect for User Autonomy & Data Ownership

By accessing or using CALL, you agree to these Terms of Service. You retain 100% ownership of your communications. Because CALL relies on end-to-end encryption, your private keys and messages belong exclusively to you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, downloading, or using CALL on any platform (iOS, Android, or Desktop), you enter into a binding agreement with CALL. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software or services.

2. Pure Messaging Service Scope

CALL provides end-to-end encrypted messaging, voice calls, and video calls. In accordance with our core slogan—“A messaging app is just for messages, not for garbage information.”—our services are dedicated strictly to confidential communication without third-party ad feeds, tracking algorithms, or commercial data collection.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use CALL responsibly. You must not use our platform to:

  • Violate applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Engage in malicious automated spamming, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or network disruption.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer relay infrastructure to disrupt service availability for other users.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, or malicious executables.

4. Data Ownership & Cryptographic Keys

You retain all rights, title, and ownership in and to your text messages, media files, and communications. CALL makes no claim of ownership over any content you send. You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your local encryption keys and hardware devices.
